Overview
Nauty 360 runs 3 fixed local excursions from the Puerto Aventuras area, a short drive from Playa del Carmen: a 3-hour route along La Bocana, and 2 four-hour routes to Bahía de Paamul and Arrecife InHa. A private boat skips the tour-group herds and the fixed schedules — you go where you want, when you want, with your group only.
Each route stays close to shore — calm, shallow water, coral patches, and a relaxed pace rather than a long open-water crossing. All 3 excursions run on the same wholesale fleet: 5 vessels, from a 12-guest yacht to boats for up to 15 guests; some boats take more guests for a per-person surcharge — ask us on WhatsApp.
All charters include a licensed captain, life vests, cooler with ice, and boarding from the Puerto Aventuras area. Snorkel gear is not included — ask us on WhatsApp. Fuel is included in the quoted price; a $20 USD per person dock tax is paid separately at the marina on the day of departure.

Where We Go
A short coastal route near Puerto Aventuras — calm inshore water with snorkel stops along the way. The quickest of the 3 routes, good for a first outing or a smaller group on a tighter schedule.
A protected bay south of Playa del Carmen with shallow, calm water and coral patches close to shore. A relaxed half-day route with more time on the water than La Bocana.
A reef stop along the same stretch of coast, priced the same as Bahía de Paamul. Your captain can help you pick between the two 4-hour routes based on conditions on the day.

How many people fit on each boat?
It depends on the boat. Sea Ray 40 ft: up to 12 guests. Azimut 42 ft: up to 15 guests. Azimut 50 ft: up to 15 guests. Catamaran 38 ft: up to 15 guests. Leopard 40 ft: up to 15 guests. Some boats accept extra guests for a per-person surcharge. Ask us on WhatsApp for your group size. For a larger group, message us with your headcount and we will recommend the right boat.
Are food and drinks included?
Open bar and food are included. You can bring your own food and drinks.
Is the captain's tip included?

Where do I board the boat for a Playa del Carmen excursion?
All Nauty 360 Playa del Carmen excursions depart from Marina Puerto Aventuras, a short drive from Playa del Carmen. We’ll send you exact directions and a WhatsApp pin once your booking is confirmed.
Is the price per person or per boat?
Always per boat. The $1,313/charter starting rate (3h La Bocana route) is for the entire vessel for up to 12 guests. The more people in your group, the lower the cost per person. For 12 guests it’s roughly $109/person — less than most group tour operators.
Is snorkel gear included?
Snorkel gear is not included — ask us on WhatsApp. Life vests are on board, and the captain gives a briefing on reef etiquette and sea turtle protocol. Underwater cameras and professional GoPro mounts are available as add-ons ($40).
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 48–72 hours for weekdays, 5–7 days for weekends and holidays. Same-day availability does occur — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check. No booking fees, no platform cut.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor marine forecasts 48 hours ahead. We don't cancel for light rain. A charter is only cancelled when the maritime authority raises a red flag for bad weather — then you choose: a 100% refund or a new date.
Is there a dock tax or port fee for Playa del Carmen charters?
Yes — a $20 USD per person dock tax applies to all Playa del Carmen excursions, paid directly at Marina Puerto Aventuras on the day of departure. It is not included in the published charter price.
