A certified bilingual captain is included on every booking at no extra cost — no boating license or sailing experience required. The remaining balance is due two days before your departure.

Vessel options include catamarans (8–20 guests), luxury motor yachts (6–14 guests), lanchas rápidas (4–10 guests), pontoon party boats, and fishing charters. For groups of 30 or more guests, contact us via WhatsApp to coordinate multiple vessels. Minimum charter duration is 4 hours on most vessels; sunset cruises run 2–3 hours. Half-day (4 hrs) and full-day (8 hrs) packages are available across all destinations.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the experience for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional charge.

How do I make a reservation with Nauty 360? ▾

Booking is fully online. What payment methods are accepted? ▾

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal balance. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted gateway. The 50% deposit is charged at booking; the remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of the experience.

How much deposit is required to confirm my booking? ▾

A 50% deposit of the total charter price is required to confirm your date and vessel. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before your experience. The remaining 50% balance is due before departure on the day of your charter.

Can I modify my reservation after booking? ▾

Yes, modifications (date changes, guest count adjustments, vessel upgrades) are accepted up to 48 hours before the experience, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible to make changes. Last-minute modifications within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How long does booking confirmation take? ▾

Online bookings receive automatic confirmation within minutes via email. Our team also sends a WhatsApp confirmation within 2 hours of your booking with vessel details, meeting point, and captain contact information. For same-day bookings, call or WhatsApp us directly to confirm availability.

What do I need to bring on the day of the experience? ▾

Bring your booking confirmation (email or screenshot), a valid photo ID, and comfortable clothing for the water (swimsuit, light cover-up, non-marking shoes or sandals). Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are strongly recommended. Towels are available on most vessels. If you arranged catering or extras, these will be ready on board when you arrive.
