What payment methods are accepted? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal balance. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted gateway. The 50% deposit is charged at booking; the remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of the experience.

Yes, modifications (date changes, guest count adjustments, vessel upgrades) are accepted up to 48 hours before the experience, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible to make changes. Last-minute modifications within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How long does booking confirmation take? +

Online bookings receive automatic confirmation within minutes via email. Our team also sends a WhatsApp confirmation within 2 hours of your booking with vessel details, meeting point, and captain contact information. For same-day bookings, call or WhatsApp us directly to confirm availability.

What do I need to bring on the day of the experience? +

Bring your booking confirmation (email or screenshot), a valid photo ID, and comfortable clothing for the water (swimsuit, light cover-up, non-marking shoes or sandals). Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are strongly recommended. Towels are available on most vessels. If you arranged catering or extras, these will be ready on board when you arrive.

Step 1: Choose Your Destination & Vessel

Start by selecting your destination — Cartagena de Indias, Miami, Cancún, or Casa de Campo — and then browse the available vessels for that market on our fleet page. Each listing shows the boat type, capacity, pricing, and available experiences. Once you have chosen a vessel, use the form above to specify your date, departure time, duration, and the number of guests in your group.

Step 2: Pay the 50% Deposit via PayPal

To confirm your reservation, we collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking, processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account — any major credit or debit card is accepted through the PayPal guest checkout option. The remaining 50% is collected directly at the dock, or by bank transfer two days before your departure date if that is your preference. The deposit amount is clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

Step 3: Confirmation Within 2 Hours

After submitting your reservation and deposit, our team manually verifies the vessel's availability and sends a written confirmation to your email and WhatsApp within two hours — often under 20 minutes. The confirmation includes your booking reference, vessel details, captain's name, and the exact meeting point for embarkation. If for any reason your selected vessel is unavailable on that date, we will offer you equivalent alternatives before processing any payment.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand that travel plans change. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 48 and 72 hours receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future booking — your choice. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable, but we will always work with you on rescheduling if weather or documented emergencies are the cause. Modifications to date or time are accommodated at no charge when made at least 48 hours in advance.

What Is Included in Every Charter

Every Nauty 360 charter includes a licensed captain with local marine certification, fuel for the agreed route, and all mandatory safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguisher, signaling devices). Bluetooth speaker access and a basic cooler are included on most vessels. Snorkeling equipment, catering, and additional crew members can be added at the time of booking. There are no hidden port fees or fuel surcharges — the price you see is the price you pay.
