Nauty 360 operates private yacht and boat charters in four destinations: Miami, Florida (Biscayne Bay, Venetian Islands, Haulover Sandbar), Cartagena, Colombia (Rosario Islands, Barú, and Playa Blanca), Cancún, Mexico (Isla Mujeres, Isla Contoy, and Caribbean snorkeling reefs), and Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic (Saona Island and Catalina Island from Marina Casa de Campo). Every charter includes a certified bilingual captain at no extra cost – no sailing experience or boating license required.
Our team responds within 2 hours via WhatsApp or email during operating hours (Mon–Fri 7AM–9PM, Sat 7AM–10PM, Sun 8AM–8PM EST). We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during peak season (December–April and June–August). For large groups or special occasions, 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal to ensure your preferred vessel is available.
All bookings include a certified captain, fuel, basic safety equipment and life jackets. Specific inclusions vary by vessel – some include snorkeling gear, sound systems, bar setup or catering. Each boat listing on our Fleet page details exactly what is included.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your experience – full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.
Not at all! All of our vessels come with a certified, professional captain who handles everything. You just show up and enjoy the experience. No nautical experience or licenses required.
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Many of our vessels also offer optional catering packages – ask us when booking and we'll arrange everything for you.
Safety is our first priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will reschedule your experience or provide a full refund. We monitor conditions closely and will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.
