The cruise departs from Muelle de los Pegasos at 6 PM — by the time you're on the water, the sun is often already low or has just gone down. This isn't a golden-hour cruise from start to finish. What you do get: the last of the sunset over Cartagena Bay, and then the walled city and Bocagrande lighting up piece by piece as the sky goes dark. What's the cancellation and deposit policy?
